The team at Cove Builders has decades of experience in homebuilding. We are a team of down-to-earth, real people and what you see is what you get. We get it done for our clients and that means we are driven and highly accountable. We also feel we are street smart, which means we are adaptable problem solvers.
We aim to elevate every life we work with. That starts with our team members and then our subcontractors and vendors and finally results in a great experience for our clients, ultimately building them a home they love and are proud of.
Cove has “three uniques” that sets us apart from other builders. First, we believe in “Fanatical Communication”, which is generally sorely lacking in the building industry. If you work with Cove, you’ll be communicated with. Second, we ensure “Fast and Clear Pricing”, meaning when you meet with us you’ll walk out with a clear picture on the cost of your home and the upgrades the first time you meet with us. Third, “Personalization”, meaning though we aren’t custom home builders, you can get a personalized home that meets your tastes and design needs using one of our amazing plans.

Kerby grew up in the small town of Villard, MN, population 223. He has a degree in Business Management and Social Studies from Hamline University and before starting his real estate business in 2008, he worked at General Mills in Sales Operations.
Anna was born and raised in Minnesota. She graduated from Wayzata High School and then attended the University of Minnesota where she earned a degree in Business from the Carlson School of Management.
Amie brings with her nearly two decades of design experience and has worked in all aspects of design/build over the years. She has a great eye for color, exceptional attention to detail, and has a passion for bringing trend on point and trend-forward designs into every client’s home. Amie strongly believes that every person’s home should be a reflection of who they are and tell a story of the things they hold dear. Her favorite part of the process is seeing her clients’ faces light up when they walk into their home and love what they see.
Malakhi has enjoyed living in two beautiful suburbs of Minnesota, first Maple Grove and then the past 16 years in Coon Rapids. He has appreciated the support of his neighbors and friends who hired him as a kid to tend their lawns during the summers and their snowy driveways in the winters. Jobs in landscaping and general contract labor helped him pay his way through college.
